Gite Julotte
Gîte Julotte is located next to the old tobacco barn. From the terrace you look out over the fruit trees and the swimming pool. A beautiful place for two people to enjoy a great holiday in the Lot Valley.
Gite
Gîte Julotte has an open kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, a microwave, a fridge / freezer and a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. There is a dining table with four chairs. Here you can have a delicious breakfast with a view of the orchard.
The living room has a two-seater sofa with two armchairs. From the living room you have a beautiful view of your terrace and the fruit trees.
The bathroom and bedroom is upstairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed of 160 x 200. You can store your clothes in the separate cosy dressing room.
The Velux windows on the upper floor are equipped with a blackout and sun protection curtain. The gite has two air conditioning units for a pleasant summer temperature.
On the terrace in front of the gite is a dining table with four chairs and a parasol. There are also two sun loungers ready for a relaxed start to the holiday!
Orchard with swimming pool
In the orchard there is a bistro set to enjoy in the shade of the fruit trees. The figure-eight pool has sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is entirely at the disposal of the guests of both gîtes (2 to 6 people) and if it is really hot we occasionally swim a few laps ourselves.
Enjoying at Beaux Moments
* The gite is rented incl. towels, bed linen and kitchen linen. We would like to ask you to bring your own bath towels for use at the pool.
* It is possible to use our washing machine. There is also a BBQ ready for you, it is located in the old pigsty.
* There is wifi and with the Chromecast present you can connect your phone or tablet to the TV screen.
* You can park your car in the shade under the shelter. This is about 30 meters from the gîtes.
* The village of Mauroux is 3 kilometers away and has a village shop where you can order bread, a restaurant (open in the summer months), a bar and a fitness trail.
* Our characteristic place and the gîtes are not equipped for children, we only receive adults.
